Baked Namak Para

Baked Namak Para

Namak para is a savoury Indian tea-time snack of spiced dough cut into diamonds and traditionally deep-fried until crisp; in this version the diamonds are baked instead. Made with nutty Anveshan khapli atta rubbed with Anveshan bilona ghee and seasoned with ajwain and cumin, these baked namak para deliver the same flaky crunch with far less oil.
